Return & Refund Policy [Old}

If your purchase is eligible for a refund, you may contact me@mynarwal.com to receive refund instructions. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally purchased within approximately 14 business days of receiving your return and confirming the product status. 


There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased from Narwal:

  1. All products must be returned in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all accessories to ensure full credit.
  2. Products can be returned only in the country or region in which they were originally purchased.
  3. Only items that have been purchased directly from mynarwal.com can be returned to Narwal. Products purchased through other distributors must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.

 

How To Return a Product

  1. Please contact us at me@mynarwal.com to receive return instructions or you may refer to the below section to submit a return request. 
  2. Pack the Product securely in the original package, if possible.
  3. Please include your order number, product serial number, billing name, and address with the product.
  4. Narwal will pay for return shipping costs for undamaged items. But unauthorized or Cash on Delivery (COD) returns will not be accepted.
  5. For your protection, we recommend that you use GDEX for your return.
  6. Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to the warehouse.

Submit a return request

Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.

  1. Log in to your account:
  2. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
  3. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
  4. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
  5. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
  6. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  7. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  8. Click Request return.
